• Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the date you placed your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@xcolatinbyjackie.com.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please reach out to our customer service team at info@xcolatinbyjackie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Process: All returns will be issued in the form of gift cards, which will be sent to the email address associated with the original order. These gift cards never expire and can be redeemed at Xco Latin by Jackie Shop.

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Return Initiation: You will only be able to initiate a return once your order is in transit. Please hold onto your return tracking number, as we are unable to look up your return without it.

• Returns Abuse: Accounts flagged for returns abuse will not be eligible for returns.

• Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Lost or Stolen Returns: Xco Latin by Jackie Shop is not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
